Slice vegetables and place them on a plate.
Cut the bottom of the romain lettuce and place the lettuce leaves on the plate.
Cut up the tofu into form strips and marinate in a Soya Sauce, peanut oil, hoisin sauce, olive oil, honey and Thyme. Let sit for 10 minutes.
In a bowl combine 1 cup of sugar free peanut butter, 3 tbsp of soya sauce, ginger, olive oil and a dash of spice such as crushed pepper. Mix well.
